Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa Riviera Maya, Riviera Maya

During my stay, I was blown away by the variety of dining options available. The buffet at Hacienda had everything from Mexican to Italian cuisine. Additionally, the a la carte options like the Brazilian and Japanese restaurants were a highlight of our trip. Every meal was delicious and offered something different, making it hard to choose a favorite!

The Mini Club at Grand Palladium was simply excellent! My kids had so much fun with the activities, and I was impressed that the staff remembered them from our previous visit. Brenda and Tania truly made our family's experience nice and ensured our children were safe and entertained throughout our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the spa during my visit. The services were great, and the tranquil environment provided the perfect escape. I indulged in a massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The entire spa experience was really good, making it a must-do during your stay!

My room at the Grand Palladium lived up to expectations! It was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, featuring a comfy bed and excellent air conditioning. I appreciated the little touches, like the basket of fresh fruit waiting for us upon arrival. Overall, the room was a perfect home base for our vacation.
